The rigs are track mounted and weighted about 8.5t and are quick and easy to move. Capable of drilling to 1,000m NQ, 700m HQ and 400m PQ.
Overhauled and ready to go the AD500 was used predominantly for dewatering holes at Tanjung. The rig has an onboard high volume GD mud pump and mud mixing tank as well as rod storage, making it quick and easy to move and commence drilling. The rigs drilling capacity is 800m NQ, 500m HQ and 300m PQ. Comes with a fully rebuilt spare 6CTA engine.
This is a smaller track mounted rig made by Asiadrill in 2013. The rig runs aV3300T Kubota engine and is capable of drilling to 400+m NQ, 350m HQ and 100m PQ. The rig has been overhauled and is in the Balikpapan yard.
Asiadrill has 4 medium sized similar manportable rigs. These are AD240 2&3 as well as AD200 1&2. The rigs all run Kubota V2203 engines and are capable of drilling to 200m NQ, 150m HQ and around 60m PQ.
The AD175 is a small Jacro rig weighing around 500kg. Capable of drilling NQ to around 90m and HQ to 50m it is powered by a D905 Kubota engine and fitted with winch and wireline.
